I am researching my Berrow family roots. My great grandfather Ambrose Alexander Berrow was born in Malvern Hills in 1846. He had three sons from his first marriage. They were Alexander, Allen, and Walter.

Walter had a daughter named Maude. She married a Farndon and had a son named John. Maude is now deceased. I don't know who his first wife was.

He divorced his first wife and married a second time to Jessie Helen Weaving in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England on 13 Aug 1882. They moved to the USA in 1885. Walter had a daughter named Maude. She married a Farndon and had a son named John. Maude is now deceased.

I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has ANY information on the Berrow family. I live in Canada which makes it a bit more difficult to do research in England. The internet has been a great help.
Cheers

Could anyone please tell me if there are any Skinner's still living in Redditch.

Before I emigrated to N.Z. in 1955 we had relatives living there. Arthur Skinner who married Florence Hunt, they had a Son Albert who married Winnie, and a daughter Doris who I believe remained unmarried. I have a very old newspaper cutting of the 'Studley Rovers' team taken in 1913, Arthur Skinner was the trainer at this time. The picture also has my grandfather Charles Hanson in it who was married to Florence Skinner (nee Hunt) Sister Elizabeth.

Any help would be much appreciated. Regards, Pam Robb, N.Z.

My name is Patricia Stinton-Harper and I am trying to locate relatives of any of the STINTON Royal Worcester Porcelain Painters. We are researching our family tree and we are trying to obtain information about the STINTON family. Several of the Stintons were Royal Worcester Porcelain painters; Henry, John, Sr., Walter, James, John, Jr., Annie, Harry, Kate, and Arthur.

We are also looking for descendants of Annie Mary (Stinton) Smith, particularly John Smith, Bevere, Worcester. If anyone has any information, I would love to hear from you.

Hello,

I am searching for Stanley Brian Evans and his wife, Iris Evans. I beleive that they have lived in Bromsgrove, Evesham or Redditch area. They have a son Steven Martin and a daughter Susan Jane Evans. These people are the only known family of Joseph Taylor who was born in Redditch. At the age of 13, Joseph was sent to Canada as a Home Child. Contact with Stanley's parents (Tom and Ada Evans) ended around 1967 but we would dearly love to get in touch with this family if at all possible. Joseph was my Grandfather and as the case with many Home Children, he did not discuss his life in England. I would be very greatful if anyone reading this, who may know the persons we are searching for, could get word to them.
